28 SEPT 2020 – EMAIL ISSUES


Some customers have been experiencing issues with their email accounts, where duplicated emails are appearing in their inbox.  Our technical team are aware of this and it should be resolved by the end of today, Monday the 28th of September.  If by Tuesday morning, the 29th of September, you are still experiencing issues then please restart your email client otherwise please send an email to, support@netcom.co.uk so that we can investigate.
